ALL RENTALS require a security deposit of $1500.00 paid by cash or check. This is due 3 weeks prior to your rental - the NON-REFUNDABLE reservation deposit of $150 is deducted for a balance of $1350 that is due 3 weeks prior to the rental start date. At the conclusion of your rental we will inspect the unit & deduct any necessary money for cleaning, refilling propane tanks, etc. & or repair. If the balance is more than $1,500.00 you are responsible for the balance. After inspection we need up to 14 Business days to send you your balance.
***Included in the price is the delivery and set-up of the unit to a park within our network. This is from Clifton Park, NY to Chestertown, NY. Additional fees for delivery will be added outside our network.**** (Sunday is an additional fee of $50.00)
